The overall project approach and methodology includes mobilizing the youth and forming different batches comprising 30 each candidate in each district for a specific duration through process of Center identification, Mid-course assessment, Mobilisation, Batch review and Placement of successful candidates after training, and is depicted in different steps as mentioned below.
