- Preparation of media.
- Collection of explants.
- Aseptic culture technique and inoculation.
- Microbiological Test.
- Contamination control.
- Establishment of cultures.
- Meristem culture for virus free plants
- Multiple shoot regeneration from shoot tips, multiplication by adventitious shoot.
- Multiplication through callus culture, somatic embryogenesis.
- Hardening technique and transfer of plantlets from lab to field.
- Green House Management
- Observations and Report writing, Culture Management and Laboratory management
- Safety Protocol which deals with the safety protocol of the lab.
